In the wake of the ultimately successful strike ballots by the National Union of Teachers and the Public & Commercial Services union for strike action on 30th June, trade union and anti-cuts activists from across Surrey, including members of the NUT and PCS unions, met on Monday 13th to discuss plans for supporting striking public sector workers on the day of the strike.
